In January 1982 I took a beginning B&W photography class and have been hooked ever since. I love contrasts in images, light/dark, strong/gentle-much like the contrasts in life. I want my images to evoke feelings in each of you and for you to make it your own. In each image there is a part of me and I invite you to see my view of the world and the beauty that surrounds us. I still use, almost exclusively, the camera I bought for that first class, a Minolta XGM. I also use a medium format Mamiya 645 and a digital camera. Film will always be my favorite medium, but the digital is fun and provides a freedom not found with the other cameras,
