Exploring gcse language techniques can be a useful part of building a balanced English revision routine. Language techniques are often easier to remember when each term is studied alongside an example and an explanation of the effect created within the passage. Comparing different examples can also show how writers use similar techniques for very different purposes, depending on the audience and subject matter. Regular analysis of articles, stories, speeches, and other texts can provide additional opportunities to practise these skills.
